The New 2013 Judicial Assignments For Torrance Criminal Court

In 2024, Torrance’s court system undergoes significant changes, with Judge Thompson departing and new appointments reshaping the criminal calendar. Judge Mireles and Judge Grant now preside over Division 2, handling cases from Manhattan Beach to Palos Verdes, while Judge Chet Taylor takes charge of Redondo Beach cases. Judge Sotello focuses on Torrance misdemeanors, and Judge Sokolov remains steadfast in handling felonies.
