No one is immune from prosecution when it comes to allegations of theft at the LAX airport. The TSA employee was charged with the theft of over thirty thousand dollars of passenger property, was booked and bailed out today pending a Court date on the criminal charges. Most arrests at the airport in Los Angeles involves people who pick up items not belonging to them in the metal detector lines. Here, the thefts seem to have occurred in the back areas off-limits to the public. The Los Angeles District Attorney will likely pursue felony charges in the LAX Court.
